They hold really well and do not cause any discomfort. Funny is that with blue glasses I cannot see anything on the iphone screen, so polarisation is apparently there. I don’t look at the phone screen when I run, so not an issue for me. Generally, I like the several sets of glasses. I can swap them in 30 seconds - this is very easy. The box, the additional soft purse for glasses, everything was wrapped well when delivered - I am surprised by what one can get at this low price. The only thing I obviously cannot comment confidently is the ultravoilet protection. These things you don’t feel. Highly recommended! Thanks** A: Yes they do but the problem I had was that when I had to order a second pair of inserts for these they were a different shape and size and you cant get them in the UK. **Q: How do you change the lenses please?** A: Place the centre of the lease over the nose and slowly and carefully slightly bend the lense until it pops into the slots at either end of the frame by the arm. Do the same but in reverse to remove **Q: how do you wear the head band?
