    Very Fun to Play and True to the Series

***IMPORTANT: If you don't speak Japanese (at least somewhat,) you will not be able to play this game (its very dialogue driven, so even if you can figure out the menus, you will not be able to enjoy the events, etc)***You play as a merchant, performing tasks that should be all too familiar if you read the books or watched the series: you buy goods, load them unto your trusty horse-cart and sell them at markets where you can turn a profit. The economics are fun in themselves, but as every set of goods has its own leveling system, there is a lot to work for in this game. However, a lot of the appeal in this game lies in the story. Just as in the novels, you are trying to get Horo back to her home, Yoitsu. But this isn't as simple as it sounds: both you and Horo must face countless trials and tribulations in order to reach Yoitsu, each one bringing you closer to Horo and her past. The dialogue between the player and Horo is one of the best aspects of the game; its both hilarious and touching at times. Over all, this game stays really close to the original atmosphere which made the novels and the series so good, and if you enjoyed either, this game is definitely a good investment.
