The seller wasted no time in soliciting a 5 star review. Screen protector was cracked upon receipt/ rubber charging port is not actually attached to the case (open seam) which fell out. Contacted customer service and they responded by asking if the screen protector was damaged when received to which I gave an affirmative. Last I heard from them. It’s a good case, but you will need to buy 2 if you want to keep it whole. BUT... the "screen protector" is a joke and we will have to be purchasing a different one.
