I can't believe how much this helps my posture and helps alleviate discomfort from sitting all day at a desk. I highly recommend this to anyone who sits all day or as notorious for bad posture like myself. Also, it helps train your body to keep a better posture even if you don't have it on at the moment.

Wow! What a difference. As a delivery driver I noticed my slouching in the drivers seat slowly getting worse along with developing back issues. The comfort design of the corrector allows me to wear under or over my uniform.
