They worked well day one, but after a day of use one of them started intermittently working, then day 3 stopped. I decided to take the batteries out to prepare it for replacement and discovered the hand soap was leaking from the inside down into the battery compartment. New batteries ruined, and assume this is why the dispenser stopped working after 3 days. I requested a replacement, so far it's working, as well as the other I previously ordered.It's been 3 months. Liquid soap should not be very thick as many are. Dish soap consistency works best.Received yesterday followed instructions provided including using 4 new Duracell batteries. Filled about 3/4's of standard clear liquid handsoap. Turned it on. Sensor works fine as it triggers the pump motor but nothing comes out. After 10+ attempts with different dispense settings, I was able to get a drop out of the max dispense setting. It was a long stringy drop that doesn't push out or allow a clean break.
