Love this bag, I use it multiple times a week, I've gotten so many compliments and recommended it to a ton of people. Looks exactly like the day I bought it. Absolutely no issues with zippers or other hardware. Material is very good quality. Great for the basics, you're not going to fit your whole life in this, but the bigger back pocket perfectly fits my s24 ultra. Middle pocket has keys, wallet, ear bud, lipstick with just a little more room. Front pocket with the button my pocket knife. Small side slit pocket room for a few small items. I wear on my hip or as a crossbody. The strap is super adjustable (I'm a 5'3" with a petite but athletic build for reference) when I wear around my belly/waist it's slightly before it's smallest setting. I only used the thigh strap once, it's a little slippery, but could be easily replaced with something with a bit more grip. It hangs fine without the thigh strap though.
