Review: First class product. - Took a while to arrive, but well worth the wait. I was very surprised at how well this "vest" is made - considering the very low price. The material is elasticated - but not overly so. It expands to fit over whatever coat I'm wearing, and doesn't tighten up again, so it doesn't become uncomfortable to wear. The elasticated ankle bands are excellent. Good fit, to keep the rain out of my leggings. Excellent item, even better than described. This is a genuine review. I have not been paid, or offered a free gift, to leave a 5* review. In my humble opinion, this is a 5* product.
