Very large, decent quality bag.  I normally go for seriously expensive handbags that last for decades.  But - on a whim - I decided to purchase this bag.  It was inexpensive, and I figured I deserved something "fun!"  Quality is "okay."  It's not Coach, D&B, or Gucci - but I wasn't expecting that for under $30!  Bag is very roomy, with small interior pockets.  The zippered top seems sturdy enough (but the interior zippered pocket - not so much!).  Handles and shoulder-strap seem very secure.  The "neon-glow" only appears in certain lighting: Fluorescent or LED.  In sunlight, or normal incandescent lighting, it's kind of dull.  Not ugly - just not very striking.  Overall, for the price, I am pleased with it.

I’m seriously in love with this purse!! I am not a purse kind of girl but I’m getting tired of my pockets being full. I had to find something I actually liked and would use. This had been in my cart on and off for like for months. I’m so glad I finally got it and it came with a cute cactus fluff ball 😍😍 I can not wait to use it!!First picture is in normal light. Second is with a flash!
