For every generation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I learned many additional things *by A***R on March 8, 2020* The book starts with the alphabet, the sounds of Portuguese, and how you pronounce the vowels and consonants with listening practice. Followed by: Beginning a conversation:Greeting, Talking on the phone, Quick introductions, Saying Goodbye, which is quite easy to learn etc Verbs are very important when you want to speak a language It is nice to know that the conjugation of the regular verbs is quite easy. I focussed on learning just 2 verb tenses in the beginning, The Present Tense and the Preferite Tense, which is a past tense. The conjugation of the irregular verbs is ofcourse not so easy, but life is also not always easy. You have to rehearse, rehearse, rehearse,but that is no problem if you like a language I also watched and listened to brazilian language irregular verbs on youtube.It helped me to relax and learn while watching nice and happy Brazilians explaining the conjugation of these verbs to me. There are a lot of additional Tenses in Brazilian Portuguese beside the Present Tense and the Preferite. I took a look at the additional Tenses to get an idea, but I plan to learn some of them better when I read the book a second time. Do I have critique? I would have liked VERB CHARTS at the end of the Book for review I would have liked more excercises. There is an additional workbook, but I am not going to buy it. I think however that this Book is good value for money. I also like the CD.The female speaker has a nice voice and accent.
