I also installed BIM **Q: what is single and dual output** A: This inverter is available with a single protected circuit or two circuits as shown in picture.( to circuit breakers on the left side opposite the battery terminals) This device is either supplied from a 30 amp AC Input circuit or a set of deep cycle batteries at 12 volts. When outside AC power is available it will supply the protected circuits and charge the batteries. When outside power is off the Inverter will feed the circuits using the energy stored in the batteries. In an RV; the Lights, Furnace blowers and control power is 12 Volt fed off the "House" Batteries so these batteries need a make up source. The inverter charger is an improvement over the simple battery charger as the availability on two key AC circuits is improved short term as a bonus. Many RVs have large generators, so backup power is only needed until the generator is running. This would be true in many marine applications. **Q: The picture shows 2- 20a breakers. Is that true?** A: my new one has a 1-15 1-20 amp they dont make a 2-20 amp anymore **Q: Does it come with battery temperature sensor (bts) A 15 ft cable with sensor which attaches to battery.** A: Don't recall. I replaced my inverter and reused the existing bts cable.
