I am 5’6 slender shoulders weighing 128 but my chest size is a 36DDD so it is hard to get a shirt to fit right. I ordered the medium and it was perfect. If you’re built the same with a bit smaller chest size a small would work. Also this shirt washed well but I only put it in the dryer for a few minutes so I don’t know if it would shrink it you totally dried it. However, this is thicker and rubbed and more like a fitted top. I purchased the large thinking is was a thing material meant to be worn a little loose, but that’s not the case. However, the quality is pretty nice. As I mentioned, it’s a thicker fabric. So, if you are purchasing, I would recommend not attempting to size up for the tucked in look and understand it will be a fitted Henley. But, still a nice shirt. The tag on the item says 35% cotton, 65% polyester. It is not fitted or snug and the bottom is loose. The sizing was accurate. I usually wear a large shirt and I am 40DD/152 lbs, 5'3. This shirt did fit. Mainly I'm disappointed that it is not fitted and not polyester/spandex. It's basically a regular cotton Henley or a thermal type shirt.
