No power supply, no USB cable, no support from Amazon. "Third party must have removed them. Ad doesn't say they are included." FYI, I bought a brand new one and on other every website they are included FROM THE MANUFACTURER! The friggin' box advertises that both are included. How about implied warranty, and the fact you sold me something that can't be used without a power supply. EDIT: I did eventually recieve the cables needed, but fan failed after only a few months.
