I love the hair, It's very nice and soft, I got the hair customized small size cap in a dark brown color 180 density in the 18 inches. The communication between the seller and I was really great. I will definitely be buying other hair from them because I love the hair and their customer service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful, Soft Curls *by K***W on July 26, 2017* The packaging was beautiful. The hair is soft and the pre-plucked hairline makes the unit look more realistic. My only complaint is that knots were not bleached in the front of the unit. I had to use makeup to coverup the dark knots. But other than that... I love it and will order again! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best curly wig ever!!! *by C***S on September 11, 2018* I absolutely love this wig!!! Straight out of the packaging, it was pre plucked, very full and soft. I did have to bleach the knots however, I have absolutely no complaints! I always read the reviews and I notice ppl saying it sheds and tangles. Curly hair will shed and somewhat tangle, that’s very normal! It also depends what products you use on the hair that will determine the overall look of the wig. I use the Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus shampoo and conditioner. For styling, while its wet, I use the Shea Moisture Curly Gel Soufflé, a tiny bit of the curly cream and oil sheen so that when it dries its not dry looking!
