Very easy to set up and use. I bought 2 to use alongside my gas bbq but once this bbq was filled up with charcoals they worked amazingly . I did a large event and needed to cook for 150 guests I only used the gas bbq to keep the cooked food warm for serving. They were both in use from 1pm till 1030pm without any issues. They are so easy to clean and will be my mane bbq from now on.
