I am delighted with the purchase. I had been looking for kombu dashi granules for a long time since making it from scratch using kombu, and hard British water does not produce the desired result.

I chose this because the online ingredients did not list MSG.Unfortunately the ingredients list on the actual product is completely different. First listed is ‘amino acids' which is pretty vague and most probably MSG.If you are fine with unknown artificial additives go ahead... but at your own risk.
