This was one of the substitutes that they suggested to have in the pantry. He has stopped being keto for a while, but this is still a staple in our pantry. Firstly, it tastes soooo good! Better than breadcrumbs. I use it as half and half with panko to bread chicken and it’s a hit all around. I also use it as a topping for my sardine spaghetti and it just gives it that extra pizzaz that my kids just love! The texture is a lot finer than panko, but i think my kids prefer that fineness over the panko. This particular brand is very good quality, it’s like the bottom of the chicharon bag that everyone fights over at the end of the day.
