## Description

Tsukushi Makino is accepted into the prestigious, Eitoku Academy. Life changes dramatically for Tsukushi when her friend falls on Tsukasa Domyoji. Tsukasa is the explosive leader of the "F4," a group of the most powerful, rich and handsome boys. Domyoji refuses to accept Makiko's apology and Tsukushi steps in to protect her friend. A red tag appears in the Tsukushi's locker the next morning which is a sign from the F4 that she is to be bullied by the school. Tskushi continues to stand up to her oppressors.

Review: different but really good - So I started reading this after watching the different live action versions of the manga. There are things that are the same and things that are different but I’m looking forward to seeing the differences and similarities as I continue to read the series.

So I started reading this after watching the different live action versions of the manga. There are things that are the same and things that are different but I’m looking forward to seeing the differences and similarities as I continue to read the series.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Conflicting feelings

I cannot stand the F4’s entitlement and willingness to make others inflict extreme harm in this or adaptations of the story. That said, the story of Tsukushi struggling against their entitlement and trauma justifications is compelling. She shouldn’t have to fix them, they should grow without a girl doing most of the work to teach them, but this is representative of many girls and that’s why it continues to resonate.
