Review: More than enough torque - So I've read some reviews where they complain that this doesn't live up to the advertised torque. My problem is not that it doesn't have anough torque. I barley touch the trigger and I've over torqued a wheel lug nut. I've had zero issues taking lugs off of SUV's and standard cars. I purchased this specifically for tight spaces, but I've found I'm using it more than expected due to its weight. Awesome little tool, I'd but it again.
Review: Beware No warranty on Aircat breakage, this particular 1058VXL is ok though - this 1058-vxl is my second it has held up for 2 years of heavy use for semi trailer air bags and disc brake Brake chambers, the first 1058 that lasted 2 years i did a tune up kit on 1 year ago and restored the trigger, I broke the Astro 1834 beyond repair in 6 months no warranty, I broke the Astro 1822 in 11 months no warranty, This Aircat 1058 lasts me 2 years before major internal failure that is ok to me, Note there is no warranty for any air tools so dont let them fool you in the fine print it tells you, I also broke 2 Aircat 805HT air ratchets and they tell you have to pay so i bought the parts and replaced the crankshaft myself to avoid paying what the tool cost new to warranty, I also broke the 1/2 drive anvil off on my Aircat1250k when it was 6 months old and some woman in Florida that works for Aircat told me I have to buy a new one, So i bought a new anvil and replaced it myself to avoid paying them for a defective product, So what im saying is this Aircat 1058vxl is rugged, Beware if you are a heavy duty mechanic with air tools and no Warranty I understand that they have no control over people running 150PSI but man they work better at 150psi LOL

So I've read some reviews where they complain that this doesn't live up to the advertised torque. My problem is not that it doesn't have anough torque. Quickly sum this up. This is a disposable impact. Will kick but for a year, if your lucky, then it will sieze up and just blow air out like all the others. But for the price if it last a year of everyday abuse then so be it. On my second one as of now. Last one lasted 11 months will send out for warranty but had to buy another for back up. But on the market the best lil stubby there is for the price. Would I recommend to a friend..Yes with caution. But i would.
