Even when it is plugged it it was randomly turn off or “spaz” out. The port for the charging cord is very hard to get the plug in, I almost have to jam it in there. It seems to do its job but the poor design of mine makes it harder to use. ### ⭐ Doesn’t even turn on *by K***N on February 4, 2019* Product won’t even turn on unless it’s plugged into the charger. Even then it has to be “charged” for hours to half way work properly. Once you take it off the charger, no matter how long it was on there, it says it needs to be charged. I tried multiple chargers and had the same issue. ### ⭐ Waste of money *by K***H on February 24, 2019* Only giving it a one star because the first one I got didn't work and they replaced it quickly which was nice.
