I have 4 par lights, two small disco lights and a chauvet dj swarm 5fx and haven’t had any issues (about 45lbs), although I’d recommend some sand bags if you plan to add more weight and will be using it outside. Reason I’m giving it a 4star and not 5 is because of the fasteners, I feel they could have been made a bit sturdier. While it’s only happened once, I did found myself tightening it to a point where it lost all its tension and if I wasn’t holding the upper section it would have come down fast with all my lights on it so I’d keep an eye out for that, id also wouldn’t recommend for moving head lights.
