Could’ve been the weight penalty of the 80lb grill too? At least we don’t have to sneak butter and propane refills on board any more. **Q: Is this NSF quality?** A: in my experience, with this particular item, i.e., the one that was sent to me, it is NOT... **Q: Does the roller touch the bottom? Im looking for one where I dont have to use 3 sticks of butter to get anything out of it.** A: Nope. Wastes a lot of butter.
