I bought this machine and the delivery driver had been delivering my packages to a neighbor so I didn’t receive this for a couple weeks after my neighbor noticed and gave me my items.. well I had to move and had lost the power cord in the process so I ask the seller for a new cord and they end up sending me a whole new machine no problem. This machine is wonderful, being touch screen is great and being able to suction or magnetically station it to a surface is super convenient. So easy to use. Can use with or without a pedal, either way works wonderfully. I absolutely recommend and will buy from them again in the future.
