I put the mask in a quart zip-lock bag then plug the hose extension into the port on the device, push the start button and let her rip. Takes about 20 mins. I then take the device and attach it to the CPAP hose and "backflow" it to the CPAP. The ozone smell can be quite strong so I do the mask outdoors and the CPAP when I'm not in the room. Once both devices are sanitized, I reattach the mask to the CPAP and let the CPAP run for a few minutes to purge the ozone. If the ozone doesn't kill me, I'll really like this thing!
