It wasn't a big deal, I used some super glue to reattach it, but there is some slight damage. It appears that the rubber may have snagged in the warehouse or something. Not a big deal in terms of function, and I didn't want to go through the hassle of an exchange.If you've never tried a larger diameter yoga wheel, I highly recommend it. This wheel is very sturdy, too, it feels much more solid than my Gaiam yoga wheel. It really helps to stretch different parts of my back and chest. I will continue to use it in combination with a standard yoga wheel.
