I ordered this collar and another brand- both the exact same size. The other brand fits my dog perfectly and this one is way too big. I was going to return it for a smaller size but they want me to pay $5.99 for shipping. The product size is wrong and didn't fit my dog but I'm supposed to pay $5.99 for them to correct it? This is ridiculous. I would never order from this company again. There are a lot of cute collars online that aren't even near this expensive. My dog looks so cute in this collar! It includes two flowers to attach to the collar so I put both of them on for an extra “extra” look. We bought it for our Labrador puppy and it was a great family compromise of not all pink, lol. We’ve had it for a few weeks now and it seems pretty durable. My only complaint is that the color on the pink hearts has faded quite quickly. I could understand the fade if she was outside all the time, but our puppy is an inside dog (except when we dog out to play, for walks, or potty breaks). I’ve attached pictures where you can see the difference between the now light pink hearts on the areas that are more exposed vs the dark pink hearts on the areas that are usually covered by ears or under her chin.
