Having spent a small fortune on what I hoped would be good waterproof walking boots only to have them fail after a year or so I decided to buy these for winter and wet terrain walking. These are nothing short of luxury from first feel to first wear. Well worth the money, you could walk all day in them. I have always had a problem with sliding socks inside wellies. Not with these. I am a 42 and bought the 42 size. They fit perfectly and there is no need for the usual two pairs of socks with these. Warm and very comfortable.
