Very good purchase. Taste was good. I seemed to help my blood sugar response which is very important to me. I could tell a difference in stomach issues. Definitely worth the money. texture was thick and sticky. Made it easy to slowly melt in my tea. I will be buying some strength of this again.

Have/had really bad sinus problems. Meds not working so well these days. Tried Manuka honey nightly tea or dessert licking spoon. Sinus/head pressure & constant flem relieved by 75%. Amazing product. Thanks Manuka!!!
