I purchased this 6th Dec 2019 (7 months ago). I needed to cut steps into the strap to fit my watch (I knew I'd need to do this when I purchased it), and glued the cut area to seal the strap. The metal sleeve also cut shorter to suit. The colour was very yellowish when new, over time it's stained and looks more like weathered tan now which i like and hap hoped for. I needed to turn the loop around as the stitch was i little sharp and irritated me at first. This has softened over time. It feel as good as the original, so good quality. I also fitted the original more elegant Citizen buckle as I preferred this over the new bigger buckle. I'd recommend 👌. I took the risk with this strap knowing I'd need to modify it. Great value considering a genuine Citizen strap is four/five times the price.

Starting with the negative, it does seem rather short. My wife hasn’t got particularly chunky wrists, but she has to use the very first hole for it to fit. However, it is perfectly fine on that setting.The positives: it seems to be good quality and well made, though only time will confirm that; the quick release fittings on the strap retaining bars are excellent. Much easier than trying to squeeze down the pins and wriggling them into place in the little holes in the watch case.

The strap certainly feels decent quality, and is quite thick so it’ll take a while to break in, but hopefully should last a while. It’s a semi-gloss finish, so it’ll suit a variety of watches and situations from casual to formal. Quick-release springbars is very nice if you have other straps and you like to change them often – much more convenient than fiddling with springbar tools. Finally this is one of the few straps available in the weird 17mm size of my wife’s Citizen watch, so it’s nice to find a strap of decent quality for it (the metal bracelet it came with was terrible).There are a couple of downsides. One, as others have mentioned, is that the strap’s quite short. It’s actually perfect for my wife, but people with more substantial wrists might want to look elsewhere. Two, the ‘red’ colour I got isn’t really as vibrant as the photos in the product listing suggest – it’s more of a muted reddish-brown, as my photos hopefully demonstrate. It’s actually quite a nice colour, just not what I expected. I know reds, yellows, browns and oranges are really hard to capture accurately in pictures, but still.

Quite a nice strap and well made. I had a little trouble with the easy fit pin on one side as it didnt feel tight enough but I just used the old pin and everything was fine. That is right up till I tried to fasten the strap only to find it was too short. My original strap was 11 cm and on the buckle side 7 cm, this one is only 10cm and 6.5 cm so a total of 18 cm vs 16.5 cm making it totally useless for my wrist size.I feel the seller should have at least warned that it is a short strap. It isn't even worth the bother of returning it so money down the drain!

Initially I was looking at watch straps 2/3 times the price, but fortunately they didn't have my size. Then I came across this 'Binlun' watch strap and I was surprised by the quality for the price. Perfect size and the colour I wanted, made my watch look like new again. Excellent delivery service, perfect all round purchase.

Very nice quality leather watch strap but very stiff will be perfect when broken in.Sadly the spring pins weren't suitable for the watch I was putting the strap on. Had to get the new pins out of the strap and use the old ones.

Very nice strap, well stitched. Good for slim wrists, maybe too small for a wide wrist. If you want a really red strap, this is not for you, it's a reddy brown colour - although I expected it to be more red, it does look very smart.It did arrive in a ridiculously large box - could have 100 straps in it

Seems well made and the included tool and replacement rollers were useful and enabled easy fitting. Strap was a bit short for my wrist and I could only just fasten it on the end hole. Not sure what’s “quick release” about it - it’s just a conventional buckle with oblong rather than round holes.
