I love this detoxifying bath powder. It has really improved my pain level, works well as a mud mask for the face and back too. Beautiful, refreshes, exfoliated, detoxes skin.I would not soak for more than 15-20 minutes and make sure to drink plenty of water while you are soaking. Strong stuff.

Caveat: I HAVE NOT tried this powder, and have no idea how good or bad it is (except that as a chemist, I find the idea that lava, an inert rock, can detoxify is ridiculous.) All I know is that if you look at the reviewers and reviews for this product, all have either reviewed ONLY Lava Love products or have given several long 5 star reviews of Lava Love products and one-sentence or sentence fragment reviews of a handful of other items. None are verified purchases.Reach your own conclusions.

Very good product, I'm on my second jar and I advise to drink water before and after. I get dizzy if I don't.
