Makes hand washing fun
This is a really nice soap dispenser. First, it actually looks good - much better than an ugly bottle of dial or soft soap. The dispenser does a really good job of delivering a large blob of foamy soap. The consistency is closer to that of hair mousse rather than the watery foam you normally get from some soap dispensers. Not to be cliche, but it’s luxurious. I have had lot of problems with traditional soap dispensers with getting enough coverage to completely wash my hands, but with the foam output by this dispenser there really is a huge amount which making hand washing easy. When you first open up the box, you will need to remember to install the plastic straw. If you are using regular soap, you need to mix it with water, making sure that there is at least 3 parts water to one part soap. Probably on my next soap change will try even less soap. The final thing to remember is that you will need to press the button on top to have it give you a larger quantity of soap because by default the dispenser puts out only a small burst. The soap and battery lasts a LONG time. I am still on my first charge and the soap level barely changed after my first week even though I am a very frequent hand washer.

Don’t buy this product!
I bought 4. All 4 stopped working. The pump comes on but no soap comes out.

You may need to dilute your soap
The media could not be loaded. Please tell me I got a dud. It splatters and doesn’t put out enough foam to wash my hands in one pass. An update on my original post. My soap was too thick. It’s normal foaming hand soap but I added water to the soap and it’s working correctly now.

Better soap dispenser than Simply Human
The media could not be loaded. Love this soap dispenser!I have Simply Human at home. There are two things I am not happy about it:- need to change battery, not environmental friendly, and battery runs out pretty fast- too sensitive, running kids and CATs. My cats like to check out countertop and sink. You can imagine how I feel when I always find soap puddles on my countertop. Maybe this has contributed to short battery life as well...Lebath, I saw it at friend’s house and just felt had to have it. It has everything a great soap dispenser supposed to do and more:- no more battery change! USB cable to charge (see my picture).- not too sensitive (compared with Simply human). Also I can easily power it off completely before I leave my house for the day. Just press and hold the button at the top.Kids love it for the “Big Head” look with pastel color bottle, think it is a lot cuter than stainless steel one. And of course, the fluffy white foam, just can’t stop playing with it :)What is missing from this product? A short manual. At least I couldn’t find it in package.Well, I am smart enough to figure out everything (mostly straight forward). But I can definitely share something with you: mix water and hand soap 5:1 in the container, you will get the best fluffy, and save a lot of soap and water!

Funky design...stopped working 1 year 8 months later!
This product is soooooo top heavy that unless it’s filled to the brim with soap, it toppled over easily if knocked slightly. One charge doesn’t last a while and sometimes the product is wonky and wouldn’t work despite being charged. We would have to turn it off and on several times before it works again. The plastic container holding the soap reservoir is such a thin and lightweight plastic that it feels cheap and makes the product top-heavy.EDIT: purchased this January 2019. Today, August 11, 2020, it died. Did not even last two years!!!! By no means did we abuse the product. Daily norms usage. Charged the battery when indicated and always kept it dry. Sooooo disappointed.

Junk - high priced crap.
It worked absolutely great - for about 2 weeks. I cleaned it as directed when it directed. But it quit working altogether anyway.

Meh
I purchased this 2 years ago and it quit working last month. So, don't expect this to last forever. I liked the clear/white style, however the soap dispensing was delayed. It could also use a larger diameter spout for dispensing. So, I give it a "meh" rating. I won't miss it and don't plan on repurchasing this.

Great Soap Dispenser...
I love this soap dispenser! It's great! Easy to use and clean, and it looks nice in my bathroom. Also, it had helped decrease the amount of water, and therefor mold/mildew around the sink(the sink in our apt. sucks) , because you spend less time with your hand under the dispenser. That, in itself is wonderful! A couple things: make sure you DO NOT get soap on the sensor (about 1 inch in diameter), otherwise, the dispenser will start dispensing soap on your sink/counter. If that happens, turn off your dispenser and rinse and dry the sensor and then turn it back on. You must hold the on/off button down until it turns purple did it to turn off and on. Pressing the on/off button multiple times will adjust the amount of soap that is dispensed. I do love the fact that this is rechargeable. It lasts a long time between charges, and I use my dispenser frequently! I highly recommend this dispenser!
