If you’re looking at it, GET IT!
For a size 2-4 it more like a 3 or a small 3. My daughter is small for her age and typically wears a 2-3T but this one was a little tighter which is perfect for ballet. I was Impressed with the quality and the sizing. I usually Can’t find something that fits her perfect and this absolutely did and was beautiful on stage at her Christmas recital.

Purchased for my daughter’s Ladybug 🐞 Girl costume for Book Costume Day at school. My daughter is a 5t or XS in girls sizes. We purchased the 4-6 size. Skirt that came with leotard is a bit sheer so I added a tutu from Hobby Lobby. Overall material, quality and color are great! Highly recommend this leotard.

Cute but small
My daughter likes her new ballet outfit. The color was as described. My daughter is in the 50% for her age and is 3. I ordered a 2-4 and it fits but will not fit for long. I have not washed it yet, but likely will let it air dry so it does not shrink.
