3/8" Wood Stove Door Gasket, Round Fiberglass Rope Seal (10 ft. roll) High Density

This was used as a door gasket on a coal stove. It appears to seal as well as the original gasket.

used it to re gasket the flu door in my wood stove. had to use a little bit of the gasket cement to hold in place but after about a month, its holding up and still making a great seal

Each year I have to replace at least one section of my fireplace stove gasket, usually either on the doors or the bottom of the opening. This gasket is working well, and now I've got extra onhand for the next time.

Correct size and length. Seems to be thicker than the gasket that came out which made installation a little tough. However. It solved my air leak and multiple fires later it still looks as good as new

Gave 5 stars because material is as advertised (fiberglass door gasket).Can’t review product beyond that because I purchased it for a different application than it was advertised.I purchased it for a smoker. I ordered wrong size. It was too thick. Could not return because I cut it.

This gasket works great with my wood stove doors. It was super easy to replace the old one with, and works like a charm.

Sloppy cut. Looks like it was cut with a dull stone. Resulting in wasted material. Material was excessively stretched and loosened repeateadly making for what is essentially an unwound rope assembly. The worst quality gasket I've ever used or seen. Almost as bad condition as the one I took OFF of the stove. I will not buy from Liberty Supply again because of this. I highly recommend that customers avoid this product.

Used this product to re rope my Jotul C450 Kennebec which specifies 3/8 door gasketing in Jotul manual.Very pleased with result, door seal is as good as when Jotul was brand new. Would buy this product again.Measured to quantify "high density" advertised claim. Density was 17.8g/linear ft. and rope core was NOT hollow as is the product sold in big box stores.
