Does this mayo taste like miracle whip?

No. However it has been a number of years since I've tasted miracle whip. The first time using Duke's was the last time for miracle whip.

Is this keto diet friendly?

The fact that it has zero carbs makes it keto friendly, but that fact that it contains soybean oil makes it not so keto friendly. For people on strict/clean keto, soybean oil is a no no.

Is this delivered in a temperature control packaging? we live in the desert with temps of 115+

The bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap and not temperature controlled. The bottle has a freshness seal that you have to remove. I also live in the desert, Las Vegas, and had no problems with the packaging or product itself.
