I bought this carport for the 3rd car we purchased (we only have a 2-car garage). I wanted a carport that looked nice and was sturdy. I had this assembled (it was more than I could do), and it took the two guys assembling it about 3 or 4 hours. Results are just what I was hoping for. Looks terrific. Not the cheapest carport you could buy, but it's more economical when you wait for a sale, and it definitely holds up in harsh weather better than the fabric ones - particularly given the extreme heat and relentless sun in the southwest. For me, it has been very good value for what I paid, and I highly recommend it.

This is very well made. My only warning - make sure your first panels are square, otherwise it throws everything else off. If you are anchoring to concrete, there are 10 possible anchor point on both side. The railings are strong and sturdy. If this thing blows over - you have more to worry about than your car port!

Pros: Very sturdy and even though I didn't get it on any discount, it was relatively inexpensive. Cons: For all the roof panels to line up, the support beams had to be pretty much perfect. Unfortunately, the welded supports along the base were not equidistant when assembled. That meant that at times, it was impossible to line up all the predrilled holes. While assembly was still possible, the lack of quality control was very disappointing. Also, the number of panels making up the roof was a bit surprising but understandable given the needed design to ship and be affordable. Not sure how long it will all last as there was rust on edges of the roof panels out of the box. As careful as I was, when fully assembled, it had leaks. I'm assuming at least partially due to the support beams not lining up correctly due to the welds and/or inconsistent pipe bends. I'll never know as it is up and I'm not about to take it down. I toyed with giving it a three due to the welds not being exact and the rust on the edges of the roof panels but the end product is very sturdy and looks good so I settled on a 4. With higher quality control, it would definitely be a 5. I also bought the side enclosure for it and am very happy I did.

So far so good. Easy to put together and the shorter sheet of roofing made it easy to handle. I do recommend better screws and also make sure it is level, before starting roof. Mine was a little off, only because it was placed in a pasture for animal shelter. Nice carport for the price. Would order again. My first one I ordered, only one box arrived, should be 3 boxes. I notified Amazon and they took care of everything. From reordering a new and making sure all 3 boxes arrived to pickup of the single box that was also damaged.

First off this was a project doomed from the start. I initially sat me delivery date for a Wednesday between 9 and 9, nothing told the way it would be delivered for free so I scheduled it so it would come to my place of work to be able to use the forklift. That Wednesday crossroads logistics called me to schedule it for the next day (thursday) and when asked why it wasn't coming today she said she didn't know why Amazon said a day they have nothing to do with it. So it was to be there between 1 and 4 Thursday, 4 came and went and nothing, called to see where it was no answer, so I sat and waited, tried calling again finally got after hours dispatch he said truck was extremely late but he was making all his deliveries that day, sat at work until 830 and nothing still....Friday comes, crossroads won't answer the phone, I get a text saying it will be there Monday between set hours and there would be a 30 min call ahead. I had help scheduled to install it on the weekend so that trashed those plans. Monday comes and it shows up, not how it was supposed to but at least it showed up. Looking at the top box it says "1 complete unit DO NOT SEPERATE" also shows shelterlogic shipped it direct from Illinois to me via Estes, (tracking showed it coming from Washington state via NSD). Long story short it looks like it shipped Estes, transfered to NSD, then to crossroads logistics, the to 2 guys in a box truck with a different name with the 3 boxes off the pallet loose on the floor...WHAT A MESS and somewhere in all the shipping changes it did get damaged but not enough to give thru all the hassle again. As far as assembly goes it's pretty straight forward, except (I knew going in it wouldn't be perfect this is not my first building kit by any means) there are so many joints in the frame and roof that NO MATTER HOW LEVEL AND SQUARE everything is, it dont work out right and you are left with a carport that looks decent but when you look at it close its got a lot of fitment issues

So the web page states this is 7ft wide. The outside of the box(es) that arrived state 12ft and 12.8ft wide. Open all three boxes, zero instructions for installation. At this point I damn near want my money back, and if I am unable to location directions for installing this beast online, I will demand a full refund.

Works great. Definitely helps to have two people when assembling. I also installed the material enclosure kit. Highly recommend if you want an alternative to a full material enclosure. Should last much longer.

Easy to assemble hard to get square. Screwing the roof on was hard to do. The walls are made well and easy to assemble. The doors suck and don't go to the ground. They put a overhang flap on the sides but don't care about the door. The screws don't work well.

got it up by myself looks great very happy with the end result

bought one last year to protect my boat for the winter it collapsed half way through the winter if you look close the ribs on the roof run parallel so the snow does not slide off but accumulates and the whole thing came down a complete waste of money
