great for improving hand extensor strength...I think sometimes people think you can just squeeze something to get better hand stability but they neglect the hand/finger extensors...this really helped to stabilize my hand and thus reduce pain in my joints...well worth the cost

The green and blue broke within the first week. Pray still going strong may be due to the difficulty.
