For headache and nose closing very good but need to be careful can be harmful for nose Its funny since some one use it from you

Any sneezers out there? This works great for that. DO NOT OVERUSE IN ONE SITTING, gods that was a horrible mistake. <shudder>

As the title suggests, this works for inducing sneezes really well, but the foil packet in which it came in was already opened, leaving a mess of the powder in the packaging. Also, it smells extremely strongly of indian medicine, so definitely seal the bottles in a plastic bag if you don't like that smell.

It definitely makes me sneeze. It relieves pressure. I am not exactly sure what in it, but it did help me!
