Garofalo Gluten Free Fusilloni Italian Dried Pasta, 400g - Suitable for Coeliac and Vegan diets (Pack of 1)

We tried this as my son was asked by a dietitian to go on a gluten free diet. Even though he is back to eating wheat we are all still eating this pasta! It’s absolutely delicious and we prefer it to regular pasta. We did try some alternative gluten free pastas from a couple supermarkets and they were terrible, so the lovely taste and texture seems unique to this brand.

I'm not Coeliac but I am wheat and gluten intolerant so I avoid all 'normal' pasta by rule. This brand is seriously the best GF pasta there is. Holds it's shape, nice and springy and tasty with or without sauce! My fiancé who isn't gluten intolerant asked me at dinner if this was fresh pasta! He really didn't have a clue. And the best bit, no dreaded bloating or cramps afterwards. Just perfect!

This is a tasty pasta, needs a bit longer cooking, not my favourite but in top list

I bought this for my hubby who is diabetic, he is pleased with it and said he cannot detect any difference in the taste or texture. The cook time was the same too and he is pleased with the over all quality. So a winner as far as we are concerned. I have been using this company for a few years now, for our families meals and now it is helping my hubby to continue to enjoy meals along with the family.

Being gluten intolerant this pasta is really good, holds it's shape and density when cooked, how ever you need to stir it more so when cooking as it sticks to the pan

I use this pasta for a pasta bake. It's so good. It holds It's shape, no soggy mush so far.

These where gross

I became gluten intolerant as an adult so I went through countless pastas to find something that is edible and tastes like pasta should. This one does. There is entire shelf of products, tastes for individual types of pasta (fussily, rigatoni, tagliatelle) can differ but the mix from which it is made is the same. Use for over a year now and can wholeheartedly recommend.
