For a while now, I new my grip was weak on deadlifts and I was tired of spending extra time in the gym pinching weights. This has taken it’s place. After use, I can feel it not only in my hands but also my forearms. I don’t have it all the way at 40kg (88 lbs). More like 20kg which is plenty for now. With the adjustable weight, this should last a long time. Couldn’t be happier.

Arrived on time. Works good except a little small for my hands. My little finger barely touches handle.

My physical therapist recommended that I purchase one similar to this, but at a much higher price. I found this one on Amazon and it provides the strength training that I need.
