This toy is great for party guests and your pets. It definitely dances like a robot and the moves are not that smooth but has it own style. The app I would skip as there is no real control via the app. The app just make beep noises. You can do the same by clapping your hands.

Very cute dancing toy robot that moves with the music you play. It also changes its face expression to make it a unique experience. The kid(s) will love it!! Best investment I made to see kid(s) have fun with it and make any parent smile. It was wise of me to get them early before it was all sold out so I feel lucky. Thank you Amazon for having them in stock early while it's a hot seller here.

I'm guessing our was defective but it didn't pick up the tv music, radio, or stereo system. The only place it worked was downstairs with a special external bass speaker. Even then, it would work for a little while and then turn off. We were all unimpressed. Yes, at first it was fun to watch, but this will not be a toy my 5 year old will get out and just watch. Maybe she's too young and our didn't work properly.

We could not for the life of us get this thing to dance . . . tried installing the app on 2 different phones, different music, different volumes, etc, and it would only wave its arms up and down. Child lost interest very quickly while we sat frustrated trying to fix it.

Great dance moves and face expression when it dances. The only problem i have is u have to get the speakers real close and volume all the way for the robot to feel the beat. Other than that its a fun toy when it works.

It never response to any music.

I love purple and never think I can get a robot in Purple. I brought it to my friend's party and it made the party so much fun. My friends played around by knocking on the table, stepping dance, beatbox (well not professional as high school musical or camp rock of course) but it doesn't matter, at least we felt like we were in a real Camp Rock. So cute and so cool, love it.
