I just received this order in the mail - and as soon as i wore it i could tell that it did what it is suppose to do! it has a good stretch in the back area and the front. I zipped it without any help. the material is comfortable. I usually wear a large but ordered a medium overall the fit was great - it was just a little snug on the arms. i cant wait to wear it to my zumba class - and sweat all this access fat off! Excited for this product!

Update:I received this September 8th, it’s now September 19; the zipper is not working anymore. I was really happy with this purchase and even just did a review. While using it today, doing a low to mid impact workout, i kept having to fiddle with the zipper. It kept sliding down. Luckily, I do my workouts at home but still. Who wants to keep messing with a zipper mid-workout. I have other things on my mind… like wanting to get through my workouts than having to worry about my tummy showing because of a faulty zipper. I have until October 8th to return this. I’ll give it another try. We shall see…Original Review:This really does make you sweat. Is it effective? I don’t know yet, only been using this for about a week. It’s comfortable and breaths but yet it makes me sweat like a mo-fo! This along with the hot cream I got. The packaging was really pretty, it was a nice pink box. I’m still trying to lose this weight but not sure if it’s just a placebo effect but I think it’s working.

It's comfortable but not PracticalIt's stretches and it does what it's supposed to do, HOWEVER. Across the chest is VERY!tight almost making breathing a difficult uncomfortable task. It would not be practical to get a bigger size as it would defeat the Sauna purpose.The impractical piece is it's an All In One . You COMPLETELY have to take off EVERYTHING Just to go to the Bathroom....

I bought a size medium and it fit perfect. I am 5’5” 140 lbs. I have worn 4 times so far under my running clothes. I have never sweat so much in my life. I certainly sweat more with this than without. It feels very comfortable and it is easy to move in. Looking forward to seeing some weight loss/water loss results in the next few weeks.
