Excellent for walking in chicken pen! Durable and long lasting, I liked them so much I bought them again after 2 1/2 years of daily use. We keep these on the porch, as the small tread does collect small amounts of grime. So I don't recommend going from muck to house without at least hosing them off. You might want to have a boot scrubby brush for quick cleaning. These do have a flimsy removable insole. Two complaints.......these are too thin to use to push a shovel into the dirt or try to push a pronged portable fence (Premier) post into the ground. It's a little uncomfortable walking on a bed of gravel. These are not walking shoes, there is no support. However, I have problem feet and these are comfy for hours of basic yard work. Some of my tennis shoes with support I can't say are comfortable for hours of wear in the yard. Some if you are working in dirt or mud these are good. I would not say these are appropriate for snow. The grip is shallow and material is neoprene which I would not think to be helpful with cold. The shoe is mostly waterproof while wearing. Just don't leave them in the rain. Water on the inside wears damp. But it can handle rain and a hose from the outside very well. After daily use my husband had to replace his shoe after 2 1/2 years. The point of failure was a little bit of stretch and tearing at the tab that you hold your pull the shoe on. However he could have worn them for much longer without them losing function. Mine have a slight stretch around the ankle but it is just as comfortable as when I first wore them. Also, my feet are wide. The shoes are very comfortable but I can't wear socks, there isn't enough room. My husband has average width and he likes to wear socks with them. Super quick to put on and take off to do work in the yard or in the chicken pen. These fit well and are thoughtful in design.

These “rain boots” are so cute and comfy. Their perfect if you want to keep your feet dry but don’t want your calf’s covered.

Returned first order due to wrong size being sent. Ordered again, right size this time and my partner loves them. Would order again. Thoughts: the first order (wrong size) arrived nicely packaged in a shoe box. The replacement order was placed in a plastic bag and delivery envelope without a box. We are happy they arrived and fit. Easy to slip on when gardening, taking the dog outside or other yardwork.

I purchased a pair of these TENGTA unisex waterproof boots for myself a while back and these ankle rain boots are very nice, comfortable and very well made!! I was able to walk in the snow and on the ice without my feet getting cold or slipping, mind you I was wearing thick socks, but in any case it worked for me. I recently ordered a pair of these for one of my grandkids but they were too small so I'll probably reorder in the future. Thank you 😊

Ordered these for my husband last summer. I just ordered him a new pair and a pair for myself. Good quality for the price. Not too heavy.

These are very nice garden boots, however they did not fit properly for my husband so we returned them via our local Kohl's Store. However, we are now receiving information from Amazon that they have issued our refund but have not yet received the boots. There is no way I am able to contact Amazon regarding this problem and continue to receive emails that we are being charged for the boots because they were not received. I have been very impressed with Amazon's service in the past, however this situation is becoming quite frustrating and I do not know how to resolve the problem without an actual Amazon CS contact that is not electronic.

I live in the midwest and this is perfect for everyday use during the winter. This is the style I like to wear during the winter, every day. Even in single digits temps walking on snow that has been packed down or just wearing it around town with a pair of jeans, these are perfect for that. Low profile enough that is comfortable when wearing all day but keeps the water out in case you hit an unexpected puddle or you're trekking through the city slush after a snowstorm. They seem well put-together. At this price, if they last one whole winter, these are still a bargain. Soft inside and enough insulation to keep your feet warm. I'm a 9.5/10 foot size (male) with a regular width foot and the size 42 fits perfectly.
