Strap is way too short!
Be careful buying this. I just recieved mines! The strap for your head is certainly not friendly! If you’re a grown adult this is not for you. Product is nice, the strap that goes around your head is way too short. It is not elastic as I assumed it would be like most straps and have some give to it.

Good design concept; needs improvement
I've trained in the martial arts for a long time; and fight balls like this are a great tool! I had high hopes for the Low Boxing Ball. My observations:1. The headband was too short for this adult's head; and could only be used by adding a velcro extender.2. The adjustable feature is great; but, given the additional "snap" of an elastic ribbon - as opposed to the conventional elastic cord - this is probably not a good device for anyone who is not experienced.3. Again, because the elastic ribbon is adjusted with a metal slider; unless one never misses; it's likely that you're going to get hit on a missed rebound by the edge of that metal slider.4. Indeed, even with no misses, depending on how the ribbon's length is adjusted, it's likely your going to get slapped by the ribbon.

Excellent product, definitely recommend!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Great product! Headband length is 20 - 26 inches. The size of the headband and the length of the string can be adjusted during training with a special system. Flexibleness of adjustable string is perfect, really liked it. If your child wants to play with the simulator, simply makes the line shorter in one motion. In addition, it looks very reliable and safe. I am a longtime user of the boxing trainer Fight Ball, but this is number 1. Excellent product, definitely recommend!

Good reflex ball for the money.
It's a good reflex ball for the money. Won't make you a better boxer by itself but will help improve hand-eye coordination.

You will get your moneys worth!
I do overall like the product. I still use it but I constantly have to readjust it shorter after hitting it with flurries or combinations. Not a fan of the string but still capable of working with it
