Is there any hidden msg in this product and is the product nongmo?

The bottle reads: contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten corn, soy, dairy products, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives or ingredients of animal origin. All I can tell you is it helped me immensely in overcoming Gastritis.

Isn't this a lot of zinc? twice a day is 32 mg, well above fda guidelines.

Hi, Does anyone’s gastritis really healed by this product?

Yes, this zinc carnosine really does help heal gastritis, but you have to be taking it with mastic gum and DGL. It did heal me after two months, no more gastritis.
