Krachai Dum is known as Kaempferia Parviflora, Thai Ginseng or Thai Black ginger. It is a root plant that has some historical and medicinal usage for improving vitality in Thailand. The country of origin is Thailand, and it has been consumed as a nourishing food for more than 1000 years. It is full of nourishment, containing abundant arginine, zincs, polyphenol and essential amino acids. The arginine content is twice as much as the content in maca. It is difficult to cultivate good quality kra chai dum, depending on the climate and soil conditions.
