I get random leg muscle cramps in the middle of the night that wake me up. They are incredibly painful. I started to take Magnesium Citrate on a recommendation of a friend and when I take these regularly I don't get the awful cramps. If I forget for a few days, the night cramps come back. I've added these as a daily routine now because those cramps are a living hell. The pills are big but I have no problem with that. If you do, try to find chewables or gummies.

This natural magnesium citrate is very good and I like to buy it because it is natural and easy to swallow.

Because it comes in 250mg capsules it is ideal to take one morning and night to achieve the maximum balance.

First time trying Mag Citrate from this brand, but I've tried a few other vitamins from it. Hope this will be great as well.
