I think Ponzu should be as well known as tamari and soy....Eden's is excellent.
The flavor of Ponzu is distinct from the two - not as 'soy-ey' as soy and not as salty as tamari. And Eden's version is excellent. Thank!

Ponzu is difficult to find. So wonderful
I discovered this wonderful sauce in packet in a meal kit I ordered. It is hard to find in the Midwest I looked at all the nearby stores. The nearest Asian market was 50 miles away. I didn’t think Amazon at the time. But Low & Behold Amazon had it. I love the umami flavor comes out in food with just a splash. I used in frozen green beans tonight my daughter even mentioned it was good

If you are looking for the 'just right' sauce for pot stickers, order this one! It is very similar to the Asian sauce that comes with take-out and eat-in. If you like a more vinegary taste, this is the one go-to in my pantry!
