HOW MUCH TIME DOES WATER KEFIR FERMENT?

Water kefir usually ferments 48 hours. Taste the kefir during fermentation. If you prefer more sweet taste, stop the fermentation earlier. Otherwise you can ferment it even longer than two days.

WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED TO PREPARE KEFIR?
