This machine under extracts the coffee , so add much more than other machine to achieve flavour. After a few dozen uses the outer of the three outlet pipes stopped issuing water.However this had no effect on the coffee flavour indicating that three pipes , two pipes rotating or one pipe in the middle makes no difference .The machine looks smart , but that appears to be all that you are paying for.Most cheaper filter machines make better coffee than this. The larger Russel Hobbs £40 to £50 machine is what I replaced it with. Less than half the price but very consistent one jug to the next and much better flavour. Beware the Russel Hobbs jug is thinner glass and prone to break if you aren't careful ... But cheap enough to replace ...

This machine evenly drips all around the ground coffee, and optimises the flavour perfectly.The metal filter is perfect and easy to clean.Delivery takes a while, but well worth the wait.

Nice looking coffee maker, which makes really average (bad) coffee. Jug feels really fragile and I was always afraid of breaking it when washing. The filter is not easy to clean. You have to remove the filter from the jug when pouring the coffee, but no top cover makes it to get cold in no time. After few months of using (with a clean filtered water), found my new kitchen worktop ruined as flooded with water from the coffee machine. They have refused refund me the money for the CM, instead offered repair. Afraid to use it again now, although they say is fixed; I don't want my worktop to get damaged again!

It just doesn't make very good coffee.

Unfortunately very hard to clean. The coffee is quite cold. No returns without paying for shipment back plus insurance registered mail etc...too expensive. Would not recommend buying it, you will probably be disappointed.
