I purchased the rose gold case. I love that I don’t need a separate charger. It uses the lightening cable for my iPhone. You can charge the case and phone at the same time. I’ve let my phone almost die and it charges it back to 100% quickly. It’s also significantly cheaper than the Mophie cases I’ve purchased in the past. There are a few opportunities. It’s heavy. However, all battery cases are heavy and it beats carrying a power bank around all of the time. The case is already horribly scratched. Idk if it’s the color I picked but it had deep scratches starting day 1. Lastly, sometimes you have to adjust the phone to make contact with the charging port. I’ve plugged it in and nothing happens. After pushing the phone down further, it connects and charges. I think it just gets loose. Overall, good product.

As a previous mophie owner, I was nervous to get something else. I found that I really liked this case. It was the color I wanted and the battery lasted for a very long time. A problem with the case is that It is kind of heavy, but that's what happens when you want to carry an extra battery around. My case, sadly, broke not to long ago by the power button so its hard for me to click my phone on and off which kind of sucks. I will most likely buy another one just because its hardly to have extra battery when your go on a trip and know you won't be able to charge for a while.

I actually really love this case because my phone does so fast . I looks heavy but it really isn’t and it is very convenient for me at work! I’m glad I orders and it is very easy to use. I highly recommend this case it is worth the money guys

I am very pleased with my new battery case. The rose gold color is vibrant and pretty. The case has a little weight but not heavy. I really like how it feels in my hand. Other cases have felt cumbersome and awkward. This case has a real nice fit and feel in my hand. This is important to me. I had major hand surgery and holding a large phone (iPhone XS Max) with a battery case can be an issue. It is not with this case. I carry it with ease.The battery life is great. I am sufficiently covered to last the day.I am most impressed with the company service. My original case did not function properly. I contacted the company through their easy to use website. Very quickly after forwarding a email to the company, someone reached out to me. I feel like the representative went above expectations to make me happy. Good customer service is very important to me. My experience with the company service representative was so positive that I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. And, I really like the case.

Bought in July of 2019, by October the power button fell off, and by November the case was cracking apart. Going back to Mophie cases!Addendum: The seller did send me a replacement case at no charge; I am hoping it lasts longer.

Great case! Comes with 2 tops which is good because one fit a little loose and kept falling off but the other one is perfect. True to color. Heavy.

I bought this case for a trip I’m taking to New York. I have a battery pack but I didn’t want to be burdened with the pack and a cable and just have wires hanging off me. I’ve used other battery pack cases in the past but wasn’t prepared to spend $100 on something I may not use that often. This case is cute (I love the Rose gold), fits my phone perfectly and charges my phone without issue. The charging port also works for audio via a wired headset so that was a plus. The case is a little heavy, which is to be expected since it is a battery but it’s not so heavy that it’s unbearable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this case and highly recommend it!

The product works good I have no real issues with it. Easy to use, keep good battery, and it works out well for those times that I forget to charge my phone.
