A very good multivitamin. I picked this because it had large percentages of daily recommended values across a wide range. I feel like they make a difference. I used to take 4 a day, but now I am just taking 2 daily after a meal.

The main description mentions a "One A Day Multi Supplement" however the serving size is four capsules. 120 capsules yields about a month supply at approx. $1 per day. I wont be re-ordering.
